RETURNS


1. Prepare the package for shipping

Fill out the return form that you received with the package. You can also download the withdrawal form here Pack the returned goods together with the completed form and proof of purchase in a box and seal it well. You have 30 days to return items purchased in the online store.

2. Pack the returned goods

Remember that the returned goods cannot bear traces of use and should have all the labels with which they were marked.

3. Send the package

Send the package to the following address: Bialcon S.A. ul. Celników Polskich 14, 21-500 Biała Podlaska.

4. Wait for the refund

Within 14 days of our receipt of the package, you will receive a refund for the returned items. The payment will be refunded to the same account number from which the order was paid. In the case of cash on delivery, please provide the account number to which we should make the refund.

COMPLAINTS


1. Fill out the complaint form, stating the reason for the complaint.

2. Pack the complained goods

Goods sold in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.


3. Send the parcel

4. Wait for a message

Within 14 days of our receipt of the package, you will receive a message with the decision on the complaint.
